Thank you for shopping with Claire Glow Body. We are committed to ensuring your order is prepared and delivered with care.

Processing Times

Please note that all Claire Glow Body products are handmade and made to order.

Claire Glow Body products require 7 business days for processing and production before shipment.
All other products, including perfumes, are shipped within 2–3 business days.

If your order includes both perfumes and Claire Glow Body products, your entire order will be shipped together once the body care products are ready.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Costs

We offer nationwide courier delivery for a flat rate of R120.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Major cities: 1–3 business days
Outlying areas: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier and your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order. Claire Glow Body will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, courier issues, weather conditions, or public holidays.
