Where is my order?
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. (5-10 BUSINESS DAYS DURING PROMOTIONS) Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

We aim to respond as quickly as possible, but as a small team currently experiencing a high volume of enquiries, please allow 1–3 business days for a reply.
Kindly note that our customer service team operates Monday to Friday, so messages sent over the weekend will be responded to during the next business day.
Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed. After this time, orders are processed and prepared for shipment, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

What should I do if I entered the wrong delivery address?
If you’ve entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately at claireglowenterprises@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on 066 209 5500 so we can update it for you.
Address changes can only be made before your order has been assigned a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes or recover the package.
