At Claire Glow, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our skincare and body care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
We only accept returns if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
To request a return, please email us at [your email address] with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item(s)
- A brief explanation of the issue
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items sent
- Orders canceled before shipment
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Opened or used products
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our side. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
